Embodiment — Intimacy — Aliveness

A grounded tantric bodywork practice — held within a clear and attentive framework.

Private sessions in Groningen and Amsterdam,
where you can simply be: authentic, present, connected.

What this is

Tantric bodywork is an embodied practice, rooted in presence, connection and awareness.

It is the art of feeling awake, connected, truthful —
in relationship to yourself and to others.

Each session is a guided and participatory process,
combining conscious touch, breath and attention within a clear framework.

I work with what is present in the moment, allowing your experience to unfold without force or expectation.

My name is Noëlle, and I welcome you into this work.

A different approach

This work is grounded in clarity, presence and mutual responsibility.

A clear framework is there — not to control the experience,
but to make space for something real to emerge.

Autonomy & consent

You remain in charge of your process. Consent is active, ongoing, and can be adjusted at any moment.

Nothing has to be performed or achieved. What is real in the moment is what we work with.

Authentic Presence
Clarity builds trust

Clear communication and agreements create a space where you can relax and go deeper.

The CROW Practice

A path of embodied exploration
Embodiment

Learning to listen to the body as a source of intelligence and guidance.

Presence

Cultivating awareness, attention and nervous system regulation.

Intimacy

Exploring authentic connection — with yourself and with others.

Allowing curiosity and spontaneity to guide the process.

Play

Reconnecting with vitality, pleasure and the natural energy of life.

Aliveness

A progressive path

The sessions form a gradual path — from ORIGIN to EMBRACE.
Not as separate techniques, but as different depths of the same practice.

You might begin by learning to slow down, feel and build awareness.
Over time, this opens into deeper connection, intimacy and vitality.

Locations

Sessions take place in Amsterdam and Groningen.

Two distinct studios — one more dynamic, one more quiet —
both offering space for depth, privacy and authentic connection.
